Our sustainable approach is:

  • Olio Viola - Oil mill in Verona - Recycled glass
    We only use bottles that contain at least 75% recycled glass
  • Olio Viola - Oil mill in Verona - Fertilization of agricultural fields
    We allocate the wastewater of our oil mill to the fertilization of agricultural fields
  • Olio Viola - Oil mill in Verona - Labels made from FSC® paper
    For some of our products we use labels made from FSC® paper from recycled material and responsibly managed sources
  • Olio Viola - Oil mill in Verona - Olives' core used as a biofuel
    We extract from the pomace the olives' core so that, once dried, it can be used as a biofuel for stoves
