DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO BUY THINGS IN THE OLIO VIOLA ONLINE STORE? HOW DO I REGISTER?
Register at www.olioviola.it in order to buy things in the Olio Viola Online Store. Sign in with Facebook by clicking on ‘Sign in using Facebook’ or follow the simple registration procedure:
- Open the Viola Online Store website in your browser;
- Click on ‘Sign in or Register’ at the top right;
- Click on ‘Register’ in the ‘New Customers’ section on the left;
- Enter all the required information;
- Accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Send. via.
You will receive a confirmation email sent to the address you provided during registration. You will then be able to start buying products in the Olio Viola Online Store
DOES THE OLIO VIOLA STORE HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER POLICY?
No, you can place orders to any value in the Olio Viola Online Store.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Once you have completed the order, you will receive a message sent to the email account specified during registration. If you did not receive this email, please check your email’s junk mail or Spam folder and, if you use a Gmail account, check in the Promotions folder, too. Our Customer Services is at your complete disposal should you require any further information.

I CAN’T REGISTER AND COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you encounter difficulties when browsing or completing your purchase in the Olio Viola Store, we recommend that you update your browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to the most recently available version. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery time frame: 5 to 10 working days from receipt of payment. Once your order has been confirmed, the goods are normally prepared for dispatch by the next day and handed over to the courier. Orders made during the weekend or on public holidays shall be prepared during the subsequent working day. Delivery times could be longer for certain European countries due to the completion of customs formalities.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE USED IN THE OLIO VIOLA ONLINE STORE?
The Olio Viola Online Store allows you to make purchases using:
- Pre-paid Wire Transfer;
- Cash on delivery, or payment on delivery of goods, (with a €10.00 paying-in charge added on);
HOW DOES WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT WORK?
If you choose to pay for your purchases in the Olive Viola Online Store by Wire Transfer, please remember to make the payment within 3 days of the order date. If you have not done a wire transfer by the time that period is up, your order will be cancelled.

Payment reason: specify the date and order number found in the confirmation email. Please remember that your order shall only be managed once we have received the amount in our current account (normally 1 to 3 working days after the transfer has been made).
HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY WORK?
With Cash on Delivery, you can purchase any products available in the Olio Viola Online Store. Payments on delivery are accepted for purchases worth up to a maximum value of 500 euros. A small payment of €10.00 is required for shipments with Cash on Delivery. Before you confirm your purchase, the Order Summary window displays the final price, which includes the above-mentioned charge.
Payment on delivery must be performed in cash and is only available for deliveries in Italy.
HOW DOES PAYPAL PAYMENT WORK?
Once their order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can pay using their account or in any case in the ways accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the related terms and conditions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
FOR WHICH PRODUCTS CAN I REQUEST TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW?
The right to withdraw applies to all non-perishable products sold in the Olio Viola Online Store (for example cooking utensils, etc.). It is not possible to return:
- Products that are in danger of spoiling or going off quickly (foodstuffs, including alcoholic and soft drinks);
- sealed products that are not suitable for returning for hygiene or health protection-related reasons (cosmetics);
- products that have been opened following delivery;
- made-to-order products or ones that are clearly personalised;
- orders for which an invoice has been issued.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN PRODUCTS?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP IN ITALY?
Shipping costs throughout Italy – islands included – are calculated automatically upon order placement, taking into account the products entered and the destination.
CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASES SHIPPED ABROAD? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We will provide a personalised quotation for deliveries to foreign countries.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM THE DELIVERED PACKAGE OR IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
If any products are missing from the package on delivery, are different from those ordered and/or damaged, please contact the Customer Services promptly by clicking on “Customer Services” to send a message or by calling us on +39 045 6211402. If you receive an open package, you can accept, subject to verification, or refuse the delivery: please inform our Customer Services immediately if this happens. They will verify the incident.
