Homemade egg-tagliatelle of durum wheat semolina, with dried truffle flakes.
How to use: cook the tagliatelle in slightly salted boiling water for about 8 minutes. Let some truffle flakes come to the surface in some extra virgin olive oil to let its unmistakable aromatic notes come out. Then add as a condiment to the cooked and drained pasta.
