Fresh and balanced, this sweet and sour white condiment comes from the pressing of Trebbiano grapes, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained. This is then mixed with white wine vinegar and aged in barriques.
These peculiarities make it a sweet condiment, thanks to the contrast between low acidity and sweet notes pleasing to the palate.
