The unfiltered extra virgin olive oil - New Oil 2026 is still bottled in the “raw” state therefore rich in particles of olive pulp that give it its characteristic turbid green colour, a strong taste and a strong scent of freshly crushed olive.

It is a 100% Italian product obtained from the harvest 2026/27

Recommended as a seasoning for: red meats, bruschetta, pizza, pasta and eggs
